I was born and raised in Sonoma County and attended the Sonoma Valley High School, where I loved to play sports and performed in a variety of theatrical productions. After graduating, I attended California Poly Technic State University in San Luis Obispo where I studied philosophy. After Covid, I had to reevaluate my future plans, but I knew that I wanted to provide community service and help others. That was when I found The National Holistic Institute, and my interest in massage therapy was ignited. While attending, I learned a multitude of modalities and techniques such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, and Myo-Fascial Therapy, as well as many spa related services such as dermabrasion, wraps, and aromatherapy. In the Western segment at NHI, I was even awarded a certificate of excellence for showing a degree of mastery over the material. As a former student of Philosophy, my interests were always in the interrelated aspects of the body and mind, as well as how they affect the experience of the other, and I found that massage is a wonderful tool to bring the body and mind into a state of unity. Whether you're looking to relax, or help your body recover from the stresses of day-to-day life, it is my goal to assist in any way that I can.
